We can't wait to hear from you! Call us today and let us help you find what you're looking for.
I am Daisy, a Personal & Project Life Coach who works with a wide range of clients to help them live a more authentic and meaningful life. I do this through 1 to 1 sessions, short workshops and group programmes. I love working with my clients and seeing them transform and grow from the journey of Coaching. I trained and qualified in 2012 and have gone on to coach internationally over 500+ hours with personal clients, as well as support training courses with the Animas Centre of Coaching, and the alumni of Embercombes 'The Journey'.
My interest in coaching began when I started using coaching tools in my own life, at really difficult transition times of divorce, relocating, becoming self-employed and navigating parenting, to find a way forward to a more positive future and outlook. What I personally realised from those processes, and still do with my clients, was how it helped me to take ownership my life, create real positive change and enable me to fulfill my potential and live my life to the fullest. I was amazed at how simple questions and exercises of coaching can give you space to get perspective and notice the wisdom you hold within for new opportunities to emerge.
It's an amazing honour to be a Coach supporting someones internal and external shift into the person or project they dream of, and then to see it manifest in the world! Again and again I've been part of this powerful journey alongside my clients, and working in teams, and its juicy, brilliant stuff!
Alongside coaching clients through transition times in their personal and work life I also get very excited about supporting projects that encourage environmental, social and community wellbeing and benefit the fast changing, progressive world we are stepping into. I'm a great fan of Gandi's quote...
"Be the change you want to see in the world"
To give you a context of my inspirations in life...

Since 1999 I have worked in the field of alternative health & self-care. Initially I worked as a multi-disciplined Massage Therapist & Healer, alongside teaching Yoga & Meditation for 14 years. This taught me a huge amount about how to create a safe, compassionate, sensitive space for honest, inspiring conversations to happen. In 2014 I retired from body work to create my Aromatherapy Spray company DaisyMay Sprays - focusing on nourishing the mind, body & spirit through aromatherapy, and now sell across the UK and at my online shop. My experience as a self-employed woman deeply informs my work in supporting other creative business's.
